Before appointment
Test the commercial basis before it becomes a design problem.
Pre-tender review and PCSA technical input make scope, assumptions, responsibility, programme and procurement risks visible while the route can still change.
Expertise
ALM brings commercial assumptions, design responsibility, engineering, interfaces, information and delivery evidence into one controlled line of work.
The real problem
Roofs, rainscreen, SFS, glazing, fire and thermal layers, structure, procurement information and site conditions are coordinated as one package — so commercial intent, design, engineering, interfaces and delivery evidence remain aligned from early review to completion.

Current ALM appointment
At Lincoln’s Inn Fields, structural SFS, rainscreen design and envelope interfaces are being coordinated through the current project stage.

Design & engineering
Complete façade design connects structural SFS and connections, rainscreen and cladding, glazing and curtain wall, roofing and drainage, BIM information and thermal, structural and condensation analysis.
Assurance & delivery
Gateway 2 technical support, specialist review, controlled change, surveys, inspections and site coordination establish the evidence needed for Gateway 3 and completion.
Systems experience
The output is not more paperwork. It is a clearer route to a buildable, reviewable envelope.
